How we started
In & Out Asphalting was founded in South Sydney by a group of close friends and family who wanted to do this properly, with no shortcuts, no half-finished driveways, and no subcontractors who disappear halfway through a job.
We started the way most trade businesses that last actually start: doing the work ourselves, taking care of the sites we were on, and letting word of mouth carry us to the next job. That's still how most of our work comes in today.
Between us, we've got 6+ years running asphalt jobs across Sydney. The operators who actually run our machines on site each carry 10+ years of hands-on experience, not combined between them, but each individually. When we bring in outside help for a job, it's local, family-owned businesses we've worked with directly before and who've proven their due diligence on site, not whoever quoted the lowest that week.
